All our jewelry comes with a 2 years warranty.
This warranty exclusively covers the loss stones, which will be replaced at no cost.
Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Accompanying Note

It can happen that certain stones detach over time. This may be due to natural wear or to the way the piece is worn.
In energetic traditions, a stone falling off is sometimes seen as a sign that its work with you is complete. This interpretation is symbolic and personal, but it can offer a comforting perspective on the experience.
If this happens to you, we will contact you to determine together whether you to replace the stone with the same one or choose another, depending on your feelings and needs at that moment.
